Focus Areas

• Tactics toolkit: forks, pins, skewers, discovered attacks, deflection, interference
• Typical middlegame plans by pawn structure and piece imbalances
• Pattern recognition & visualization drills
• Scored puzzles: Easy = 1, Intermediate = 2, Hard = 3
  (Approx. 100–300 = Beginner, 300–600 = Intermediate, 600–900 = Hard)

Dates

• Mondays: 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/23, 3/30
• Saturdays: 2/28, 3/7, 3/14, 3/28, 4/4

Note: No class on 3/16 (Mon) or 3/21 (Sat) due to Spring Break.
